Introducing Talland Bay No. 3.15 Gin.
We love gin so much, we made our own. You loved it so much, we made another.
In cahoots with the fine folk at Colwith Farm Distillery, Cornwall’s first ‘plough to bottle’ distillers, we have bottled the spirit of Talland Bay. We gathered pin from the green edges of our Cornish coast, and combined it with punchy juniper to create a gin with a wild streak and a touch of mischief.
Talland Bay No. 3.15 Gin isn’t for the sensible. It’s a gin for those who wander off the beaten path, who savour moments of delicious curiosity, and who revel in the unexpected.
It’s available exclusively at Talland Bay Hotel – both by the glass and by the bottle, so you can take the taste of Talland home.

Meet the distiller
Talland Bay No. 3.15 was brought to life by our brilliant friends at Colwith Farm Distillery. They’re Cornwall’s first ‘plough to bottle’ distillery and exactly the kind of people we like working with: local, obsessive about what they do in the very best way, and never ones to cut corners.
Based just outside Fowey, Colwish Farm grows its own King Edwards potatoes to create the starting point for their award-winning gins. Everything is crafted on site by hand, in small batches, with the care and attention good gin deserves.
Together with Colwith, we blended a gin that feels unmistakeably Talland.
