Talland Bay has never been one for the ordinary and our gin isn’t your average spirit.
Talland Bay No. 3.15 Gin is distilled with 1.5kg of pine needles, foraged from the tangled green edges of the Cornish coast that surrounds our cliffside hotel. Aromatic, fresh and ever-so-slightly bold, it is a gin with a wild streak: bright with citrus, grounded in woodland, and with just the right amount of mischief running through.
Crafted in small batches here in Cornwall by our friends at Colwith Farm Distillery, it’s a gin that takes you by surprise and lingers in the memory. Much like a stay at Talland Bay itself.
Serve it with:
A splash of tonic and a citrus slice
In a coastal negroni
Simply over ice, with the sound of waves in the background
