Start your first evening with a cocktail in the bar and a few mischievous bites from the kitchen, before Head Chef Glen Merriott and his brigade serve up eight brilliant courses as part of our signature tasting menu, each paired perfectly with wine by Jack and the team.
On night two, the flavours keep coming, this time in the form of our new Table d’hôte menu. Thoughtfully designed for guests staying a little longer, it’s full of seasonal dishes that lean into autumn’s heart indulgences.
In between? Long coast path walks, Cornish sea air, perhaps a snooze beneath blankets in the garden or afternoon tea with a view (jam first, of course).
