Our accessibility statement
The policy of the Talland Bay Hotel is to be as inclusive as possible to all guests and to never discriminate on the grounds of physical limitations.
As we are pet-friendly accommodation, we of course welcome service dogs in all bedrooms and in all public areas.
All of our designated car parking spaces are located at the rear of the hotel, allowing easy access. We ask that guests, when they arrive, park outside the Terrace Restaurant and we will greet you to assist with check-in.
All dietary requirements are catered for, we just advise you to let us know of any during the booking process and will then clarify this with you on arrival.
We have particular rooms allotted for guests with limited mobility and wheelchair access. We also have a ramp that can be used when required. All bedrooms have a telephone landline so that assistance can be requested 24 hours a day if necessary.
Our aim is to offer good service to all of our guests and many of our staff have attended training relevant to our guests with disabilities.
Most of our rooms are suitable for small families, with the provision of folding beds and cots for young children. We also have two garden cottages that have been specifically designed with family groups in mind, along with bedrooms with adjoining doors.
The Talland Bay Hotel is also committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or browsing technology.
