Discover the perfect autumn and winter break on the stunning Cornish coast. We’re offering our guests a special deal to visit during the off season.
Wrap up warm, avoid the crowds and explore the Southwest Coast Path. Alongside spectacular views there’s amazing wildlife. You might even see dolphins and seals swimming in Talland Bay.
Take a trip to the historic fishing village of Looe. Wander through the narrow streets lined with local shops, cafés and pubs. Pass Banjo Pier and head to the sandy beach. From there you can see Looe Island, a nature reserve that contains a rich biodiversity of birds and plants.
After a refreshing cream tea, explore the equally charming Polperro. Behind the village’s quaint architecture is a dark history of smuggling. However, these days you’re more likely to find lovely souvenirs than bootleg rum.
Then in the evenings, return to The Talland Bay Hotel for rest and relaxation. Our head chef Glen Merriott uses high-quality, seasonal ingredients to create the perfect dishes. From warming comfort food to refined cuisine, our award-winning team caters to all tastes.
Our experience includes a nine-course set menu, which is the perfect way to explore the local culinary culture. Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine, leaving you with a special dining experience.
Finally, unwind in one of our lavish rooms. At the Talland Bay Hotel there’s no such thing as a standard room. Every space is an opulent expression of charm and character. Enjoy an indulgent bubble bath, before drifting off to sleep in our luxuriously comfy beds.
There’s truly no better way to enjoy Cornwall in the cooler seasons.
