Yes, very. All four-legged guests receive a welcome hamper filled with Cornish baked treats, a feeding mat, bowls, fluffy towels, a cosy sleeping mat, and a brochure of dog friendly beaches and walks.
Should it prove necessary to cancel a reservation, any deposit paid is non- refundable but can be transferred to another date if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay you will forfeit your deposit and we reserve the right to charge you in full. We also reserve the right to charge for the full reservation costs of any guests leaving before their due departure date.
We send all our confirmation emails after processing your booking. Please allow up to 24 hours for receipt. However, if you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder first and then call us on 01503 272667. We will happily either resend your confirmation email or ensure one has been sent.
08:00 to 10:00 in our restaurant and conservatory. If you would like a table outside, please organise this at reception the day before.
We try to have your room ready between 14:00 and 15:00. We do ask for our guests to depart by 11:00.
Our home is your home and we do not have a formal dress code; however most guests make a small effort at breakfast and dinner.
