Christmas & New Years' Eve
The festive period here at Talland is one to remember, guests come from afar just to see our decorations throughout the hotel & the grounds. It is a special time for all including us, the team! So we want to make it something to remember. You can expect the usual hotel charm, a warm welcome with some Mulled Cider & take refuge next to our open fire whilst you forget about all the drama of the year!
Christmas Package 24th - 26th What we include:
Christmas Eve - Arrive at your leisure & settle in ready for a few days of over-indulgence. You will be invited to make table reservations upon check-in. Relax & enjoy a delicious welcoming glass of warm mulled cider, carol singing, Christmas cake & mince pies between 15:30 - 16:30.
Champagne & canapes will be served in the lounge before a set 5 course dinner in our double AA rosette restaurant.
Christmas Day - Good Morning & Merry Christmas Eveyone!
A full cornish breakfast will be served between 08:00 - 10:00 & there will be champagne availabel too! Champagne & canapes will be served in the lounge before your traditional Christmas Day Lunch.
Once full & maybe after the odd nap, join some old & hopefully new friends for our famous hotel quiz, which will begin at 17:00. To finish the day, we will be serving a light finger buffet supper which will be served from 19:00 - 20:30.
Boxing Day - A day of rest & relaxation or maybe a day full of activity! A full cornish breakfast will be served between 08:00 - 10:00. There will be a festive trail starting at reception but is this the starting point ... Prizes will be up for grabs.
A light lunch will be available from 12:00 - 14:00. Sandwiches and scones will be served in the lounge between 14:00 - 15:00, we will award the prizes to those who solved our festive trail. To finish your indulgent festive break, we shall be serving a special fish & chip supper in the lounge between 19:00 - 20:30, starting with Champagne & canapes. New Year Celebrations 30th - 1st

New Years Eve - Good Morning & Happy New Year ... Or not quite!
Enjoy a full cornish breakfast between 08:00 - 10:00, take a chance to explore the local area with a bracing walk along the costal path or maybe a short car journey to Fowey or Padstow.
Tea & cakes are to be served in the lounge between 15:00 - 16:00, meet up with some old & maybe some new friends to see in the New Year & celebrate in style.
To start the celebrations, join us in the lounge for Champagne & canapes at 19:00, followed by our New Year Gala Buffet presented in the conservatory & served by our team of chefs. Join in the fun with our new picture-perfect challange, pea shooters, bubbles & more! A quick note to mention we only offer large social tables in the restaurant, you will be shown to your table & introduced to one & other.
There will be live entertainment throughout the night to see you through to the New Year! Dont forget to order that bottle of bubbly to toast in the New Year at midnight!
New Years Day - Good Morning & Happy New Year! Enjoy a Bloody Mary to take the edge off, if you think it may help! A day to relax & recover. Breakfast is served between 09:00 - 11:00.
Our festive afternoon tea will be served in our lounge & conservatory between 14:00 - 16:00, with our Quiz of the Year starting at 16:30 in our lounge - Yes! There will be prizes to be won!
Enjoy brasserie style dining, in our double AA rosette restaurant - Dont tell the diets! Reservations start from 18:30 - 20:30. Remember to book & if you wish to link up with other couples please inform reception as early as possible.
