The Talland Bay Hotel is rated with four-stars and two Rosettes by the AA, marking us out as one of Cornwall’s pre-eminent establishments. When you join the team you’ll be working with, and learning from, some of the best in the industry. Including Head Chef, Nick Hawke, who trained in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

We wholeheartedly believe in championing staff development and are currently proud to count at least two members of the team as part-time NVQ students, paid for by the hotel. In fact Kyra Varney, our restaurant supervisor, was named Cornwall’s Young Apprentice of the Year at the Excellence in Business Training Awards 2018.

As a result, we regularly receive exceptional customer feedback – 96% of our reviews on TripAdvisor are either 'Very Good' or 'Excellent'.
