The policy of the Talland Bay Hotel is to be as inclusive as possible to all guests and to never discriminate on the grounds of physical limitations.
As we are pet friendly accommodation, we of course welcome Service dogs in all bedrooms, and in all public areas.
All of our designated car parking spaces are located at the rear of the hotel, allowing easy access. We are always happy to provide assistance for guests, whether it be a helping hand with luggage, or general assistance throughout their stay.
All dietary requirements are catered for. Guests will advise us of any dietary requirements during the booking process and will be clarified upon arrival.
We have particular rooms allotted for guests with limited mobility and wheelchair access. We also have a ramp that can be used when required. All bedrooms have a telephone landline so that assistance can be requested 24 hours a day if necessary.
Our aim is to offer good service to all of our guests and many of our staff have attended training relevant to our disabled guests.
Most of our rooms are suitable for small families, with the provision of Z-Beds and cots for young children. We also have two garden cottages that have been specifically designed with family groups in mind, along with bedrooms with adjoining doors.
